By downloading, installing, or using the ZaciSEO WordPress plugin (“the Plugin”) or visiting zaciso.com (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Plugin or Website.

2. Description of Service

ZaciSEO is a WordPress plugin that provides on-page SEO analysis, content generation, social media caption creation, email export, and related tools. The Plugin runs entirely within your WordPress admin dashboard.

3. License

ZaciSEO is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). You are free to use, modify, and distribute the Plugin in accordance with the terms of the GPL. See the full license text for details.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WordPress installation and any API keys you configure.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, platform terms of service, and ethical guidelines.
• You agree not to use the Plugin for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights.
• You are responsible for backing up your WordPress site before installing or updating the Plugin.

5. Third-Party Services

Certain Plugin features integrate with third-party services:

• OpenAI API — AI-powered generation features send data directly from your server to OpenAI. Your use of the OpenAI API is subject to OpenAI’s terms of service and usage policies.
• Google Autocomplete — keyword suggestions query Google’s public endpoints. Your use is subject to Google’s terms of service.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The ZaciSEO name, logo, and website design are the property of Zack. The Plugin source code is licensed under GPLv2+. Content you generate using the Plugin belongs to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLUGIN AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Plugin will improve your search engine rankings.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for your needs.
• The Plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• SEO scores and recommendations will reflect actual search engine algorithms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZACISEO AND ITS DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN OR WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data, traffic, or revenue.
• Damage to your WordPress installation.
• Costs arising from third-party API usage.
• Any actions taken based on Plugin recommendations or generated content.

9. Paid Plans

If you purchase a paid plan:

• All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refund requests should be sent to Zack@zaciso.com.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Plugin at any time by deactivating and uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the Plugin or any features at any time without notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
